What does INTER mean in this TAF?

INTER indicates intermittent conditions expected to occur for periods of less than 30 minutes at a time.

In your TAF, this means brief periods of the stated weather (like showers or reduced visibility) that come and go.

Fuel note: If INTER conditions fall below your alternate minima, you can either nominate an alternate or carry 30 minutes of holding fuel. TEMPO needs 60 minutes.
